Set up a company in Angola, with a certified accountant from day one
We coordinate your set-up from Lisbon, with certified accounting delivery in Luanda and corporate acts handled by Angolan lawyers.
How the set-up works

- Incorporation at the GUECorporate act handled by the legal partner, with the involvement of an OCPCA-certified accountant, mandatory since 01/01/2026.
- Tax and social security registrationTax number and obligations with the General Tax Administration (AGT); registration with the National Social Security Institute (INSS) once there are employees.
- Bank accountHelp preparing the documentation requested by the bank (KYC). The decision to open the account rests with the bank.
- Investment registration (AIPEX), where applicableAssessment, with the legal partner, of whether to register the investment under the Private Investment Law.
