We do not use your data for solely automated decisions. We may use support tools (including artificial intelligence) to summarise requests, but analysis and decisions are always made by people.
3. Who we share it with
- Service providers acting on our behalf (processors): website hosting, CRM, e-mail and audience measurement. Where they are outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on GDPR safeguards (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
- Segcontas – Consultores e Auditores, Lda (Angola), only when you request or contract services to be delivered in Angola, and only as needed. Angola is a third country under the GDPR; transfers are made with appropriate safeguards or where necessary for a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Contact us at geral@yokane.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
5. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including individual accounts with two-factor authentication, least-privilege access and logging of access to service accounts.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
